Making an order on the site

In order to place an order on the site MAKI , MAKI Atelier, you do not need to register. On the object page you can read its description, find out what sizes and colors are available. Go to a specific object page to see all the details.

How to order

  1. Select the desired object; 
  2. Add the object to the "Recycle Bin" section; 
  3. After you have added the desired objects, go to the "Recycle Bin" section; 
  4. Select the delivery method and payment method; 
  5. Enter your address to which your order and contact information will be sent;
  6. Check all the data you entered and click "Checkout".

In a few minutes, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. Showroom manager, Atelier will contact you for more information about convenient payment method, time of delivery or time of visiting the showroom.

Can I shop from my mobile device?

Yes, you can use the mobile optimized version of our website.

Can I make changes to an order already placed?

Unfortunately, no. Each order is processed automatically and once it has been confirmed, no changes can be made electronically. In order to purchase additional products, make adjustments, you need to make a new order or contact the contact phone numbers (WhatsApp,Viber,Telegram), e-mail; to return unnecessary products, please read our return policy.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been confirmed, it is automatically processed and cannot be cancelled. The parcel can be returned according to our refund policy.

You can't place an order?

Check that the payment data you entered are correct. If you want to pay for your order by credit card and problems continue to arise, we recommend contacting the bank that issued your card.

Payment

MAKI, MAKI Atelier accepts the following payment methods:

Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron; 

The actual withdrawal of funds from your card occurs on the day the order is sent. Payment by cards Visa, MasterCard conducts processing center LiqPAY (Privatbank). Website MAKI does not receive and, accordingly, can not store your card data. A high level of security is provided by OTP (One-time Password) technology. Transactions are confirmed by a dynamic one-time password, which is sent via SMS.

You can also make payments to the Privat card through the service Privat 24. SWIFT transfers are also accepted. If it is convenient for you to choose these methods of payment, then specify it in the ordering process and the manager will provide you with the necessary information upon confirmation.

Cash refund

All returns are processed within 3 working days of receipt at our warehouse. During periods of heavy workload, processing times can be up to 7 working days. As soon as we process your refund, we will immediately send you a refund request to our bank and send you a confirmation email. The timing of your refund will depend on the payment method you used. Credit Card: It may take up to 14 business days from the date of receipt of your confirmation email to our bank to complete the transaction. How long it takes for funds to be credited to your account will depend on the policy of the institution that issued your credit card.

 Delivery

Dates of production of objects
All facilities are made on a case-by-case basis on the customer's request. Manufacturing time of each object is determined individually, as all deliveries are made in an order of live turn.

If there is a finished product, it is available for ordering on the website of the online store or review by prior agreement with the manager. Otherwise, the administration indicates an approximate delivery time of the finished object from the moment of its order.

Return Policy

You can make a refund of any product purchased on the MAKI website within 14 days from the date of order delivery. To do so, you need:

  1. Send to maki@makifds.com a free-form refund request with your order number within 10 days of delivery of your order to receive your refund number.
  2. Make sure the returned product is in its original condition, including its packaging and all attached labels.
  3. Send the parcel with the returned goods by any courier service. Please note that returned items must be delivered to our warehouse within 30 days of your order being received. Sending a refund is at your expense. The parcel should be sent to: MAKI SHOWROOM, 26 Vvedenskaya St., Moscow. 78 Kiev, 04071, Ukraine

Due to customs restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the country to which the order was delivered.

You are responsible for the safety of your parcel and returned goods until it is delivered to our warehouse. Therefore, use traceable delivery methods and, if possible, insure your returned parcel. Keep your receipt and check. If you lose a parcel or any of the goods, you can contact a courier service to apply for a search.

When sending a parcel, you will need to fill in the customs declaration, which is provided by the courier service (in case of sending from another country): in the column "Description of the attachment" indicate the exact name and value of the goods you are returning.

Refunds will only be made if the conditions of the refund are met. If the refund does not meet the above requirements, the parcel will be sent back to the sender.
